  • Abstract length is limited to 300 words excluding the title and authors name and affiliation. If your abstract is longer, the organising committee will instruct you to reduce the number of words before you can continue the submission process.
  • All abstracts must be in English, the official language of the Conference.
  • Layout not needed. Only indicate italics.
  • Abstracts must be send as a word document. Use this format for the abstract.
  • The author must specify his/her preference for oral or poster presentation, as well indicate the theme that best fits the abstract.
