Abstracts will be organised into sessions as requested by authors at submissions. When the topic of an abstract does not fit any sessions, it will be gathered for poster presentation.

For submission of your abstract, please see the following criteria for abstracts. Abstracts must be sent to Carin van der Lans.

Process of submissions and acceptance

Deadline for the submission of abstracts was 15 May 2010 and is closed now.

The preference for oral or poster presentation specified by the authors when submitting an abstract is indicative only. The final decision regarding abstract acceptance and the form of presentation (oral and poster) will depend on its suitability to the Programme. The decision will be communicated to the corresponding author by 23 June 2010.

After registration, which will open 15 June 2010, authors will be asked to submit their full papers (oral presentations). Deadline for submitting papers is 1 September 2010. Only authors of whom the abstract is accepted may submit their paper.

Authors of posters will be asked to submit a pdf of the poster. Deadline for submitting posters is 15 September 2010

Papers and posters (incl. poster abstracts) will be printed in the Conference Book of Abstracts.

All presentations must be in English, which is the official language of the Conference.
